This Policy explains personal-data processing when you use the CLUB69 Configurator or send an order request. The controller is:

When you submit a request, we process:

• First and last name, email address, street, house number, postal code and city
• Delivery address in Germany and selected product configuration, colours and accessories
• Uploaded sticker artwork and its file metadata when the sticker option is selected
• Calculated or quoted price, shipping information and later correspondence
• Request token and time information used to prevent duplicate or automated submissions

The hosting and security providers may automatically process IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information, error data and security logs. This site does not collect payment-card details. Do not send health or other sensitive personal data.

Order data is not used for advertising or marketing unless separate voluntary consent is requested. Marketing consent is not required to place a request.

Required fields allow us to identify the request, calculate delivery, contact you and prepare an offer. Sticker artwork is required only when the housing with sticker is selected. Without the required information, the request cannot be processed.

• Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, which provides the web server and hosting infrastructure
• IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, which provides the authenticated email service used to transmit order requests
• Tutao GmbH (Tuta Mail), Deisterstr. 17a, 30449 Hannover, Germany, which operates the seller's receiving mailbox at the keemail.me domain and necessarily processes the delivered email
• DHL, another disclosed carrier or a payment provider only after contract acceptance where needed
• Advisers, insurers, authorities or courts where necessary or legally required

We do not sell personal data. The configurator creates no customer account or public profile; its application sends the request to the seller by email.

The web server, outgoing mail service and seller's receiving mailbox are operated through providers based in Germany. A later carrier or payment provider may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers use an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard.

• Requests that do not become contracts are targeted for deletion within six months after closure unless needed for a complaint or legal claim.
• Contract, customer-service, invoice and accounting data remain for applicable contractual, limitation and statutory retention periods.
• Technical logs remain only as long as needed for operation, security and incident investigation.

CLUB69 does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice is stored for up to one year in the strictly functional club69-language cookie so the site can remember whether to display English or German. The background-music preference and the latest storefront status revision are stored locally in your browser. These settings are not used for profiling or advertising. If analytics, advertising or embedded-media technologies are added, this Policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.

We do not use personal data for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may also complain to the authority for your residence or work. The supervisory authority responsible for the controller is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

The site and products are intended only for adults. We do not knowingly accept requests from people under 18. If we learn that a minor submitted data, it will be deleted unless retention is legally required.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect data from loss, alteration and unauthorised access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This Policy may be updated when the site, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available here.
