Consent lock
Every participant must be 18 or older, informed and freely willing to take part. Agree the controller, permitted areas, maximum intensity, duration, spoken safe word and a non-verbal stop signal before power-on.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any moment and for any reason.
- A stop signal means switch off, release and remove the device immediately.
- Never use the device on anyone asleep, unconscious, impaired, unable to understand or unable to communicate.
- Never use electrical stimulation to threaten, coerce or punish. Never use it on an animal.
Red zones
Never place the device on or near:
- Head, face, eyes, mouth or throat
- Front, sides or back of the neck
- Chest, heart area or across the upper torso
- Spine or any placement that could send current across it
- Broken, irritated, infected, swollen or numb skin
Never bridge live contacts with both hands. Never arrange contacts chest-to-back or side-to-side across the upper torso. Keep the device away from water and never use it while sleeping, driving or operating machinery.

Do not use the device unless a qualified healthcare professional responsible for your care has confirmed it is appropriate if any of the following apply:

Pre-flight check
- 01Inspect
Housing, electrodes, straps, cables and connectors must be intact, dry and secure.
- 02Reject damage
Do not use cracked, loose, corroded, exposed, wet, unusually hot or abnormal equipment.
- 03Check skin
Skin must be clean, dry, intact and have normal sensation. Straps must not restrict circulation.
- 04Test the stop path
Verify power-off, quick release and control access before attaching the device.
- 05Start low
Begin at the lowest setting with a brief test. Increase only gradually and within agreed limits.
Emergency stop
- Chest pain or an irregular or racing heartbeat
- Breathing difficulty
- Dizziness, fainting, loss of consciousness or seizure
- Changes in vision or hearing
- Severe or persistent pain, burns, blisters or numbness
Stop immediately. Switch off and remove the device if it is safe to do so. Call local emergency services for serious symptoms, suspected electrical injury or symptoms that do not promptly resolve. Do not resume the session.
Aftercare
- Do not reapply to skin that remains red, painful, irritated, blistered or numb.
- Stop using damaged or abnormal equipment and contact the seller or manufacturer before reuse.
- Seek medical care for burns, blisters, persistent symptoms or any concerning reaction.
