These Terms apply to the CLUB69 Config Lab for custom VR haptic housings, HUB hardware and accessories operated by the following seller.

These Terms govern use of the configurator, non-binding order requests submitted through it and any later contract that expressly incorporates them. Mandatory consumer and product-safety rights always take priority.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Products are intended only for lawful use between informed, freely consenting adults. Consent must be specific, voluntary and withdrawable at any time.

• Never use a product to coerce, punish, threaten or harm.
• Never use it on anyone unable to consent or on an animal.
• Read the supplied instructions and the Safety Rules before use.
• Do not use a product for medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

Website orders are currently accepted only for delivery addresses in Germany. For another country or questions about possible future delivery, contact CLUB69 through Discord or at megumin@keemail.me before submitting a request.

The configurator lets you select compatible custom housing components, the Spacer, HUB-CASE, finishes and accessories. Three-dimensional models, screen colours and lighting effects are illustrations. Small differences may result from displays, materials and manufacturing. The binding components, colours and accessories will be listed in the final offer.

If you upload artwork for a lid sticker, you confirm that you are entitled to use and reproduce it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material. CLUB69 may reject unsuitable artwork. Cropping, print feasibility and the final sticker presentation are confirmed in the final offer.

CLUB69 does not offer, sell or include the third-party haptic base device. The customer must obtain a compatible device separately. Any external purchase is a separate contract with the respective third-party seller. The linked example of a compatible device is provided only as a compatibility aid; availability, specifications, delivery, warranty and conformity of that third-party product are the responsibility of its seller or manufacturer.

The CE markings shown for CLUB69 HUB hardware and the VR Dongle for SteamVR apply only to those CLUB69 products. CLUB69 retains the applicable technical documentation and EU Declarations of Conformity. The markings do not extend to a customer-supplied device or other third-party products.

Sending the website form is a non-binding request for an offer. It does not create a contract or payment obligation. A receipt message only confirms technical receipt.

We review availability, configuration, the German delivery address and shipping restrictions. A final email offer will state the binding configuration, complete price, the small-business VAT exemption, shipping, payment arrangements, estimated production and delivery time, and applicable withdrawal information. A contract forms only when you accept that offer in the manner and period stated in it.

Configurator totals are shown in euros and remain estimates until confirmed in the final offer. CLUB69 uses the German small-business exemption: VAT is not charged or shown pursuant to Section 19 UStG. The final offer will show the complete amount payable to us, the payment method and due date. No card or bank details are collected on this website.

Delivery is currently available only to addresses within Germany. The final offer confirms the delivery address and an estimated production and delivery period. Requests for another country must be discussed separately through the CLUB69 Discord or at megumin@keemail.me; the website does not accept such orders. Mandatory consumer rules concerning delivery and transport risk remain unaffected.

Check the configuration summary and delivery data before sending. Changes before contract conclusion will be considered where possible. Later changes require express agreement and may alter price or timing. No material substitution will be made without agreement.

Consumers normally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Where it applies, separate withdrawal instructions and the statutory model form will be supplied before contract conclusion and with the confirmation.

The law may exclude withdrawal for goods genuinely manufactured from a consumer’s decisive specifications or clearly personalised. This exception depends on the real manufacturing process and does not apply automatically because a product is called custom. We will rely on it only where the legal requirements are met and the final offer explains this before contract conclusion.

Rights concerning defective, unsafe or non-conforming goods are never removed by a custom-goods exception.

Customers retain all statutory rights if goods are defective, unsafe or do not match the agreed description. No additional commercial guarantee is offered unless the final offer expressly states one. Complaints can be sent to megumin@keemail.me with the order reference and issue description.

Use products only in accordance with supplied instructions and the Safety Rules. Inspect before each use and stop immediately if equipment is damaged, wet, unusually hot, behaves unexpectedly or causes an adverse reaction. Unauthorised modification or bypassing safety features may affect legal claims only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for injury to life, body or health, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, liability under the German Product Liability Act, an expressly assumed guarantee or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply.

The CLUB69 name, original website graphics, configurator and product visualisations may not be commercially reproduced without permission except where law permits. Third-party names belong to their owners; compatibility references do not imply endorsement.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers outside Germany, this does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

The version supplied with the final offer applies to that contract. Later revisions do not retrospectively change an existing contract unless both parties agree or law requires it. If one clause is invalid, statutory law replaces it to the extent permitted.
